Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data the apps made by iMadeIt Apps (operated by Cenk Celik, referred to here as “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, how that data is used, and your rights regarding it.
By using any of our applications (“the Service”), you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Summary
Our apps are designed with privacy as a default. In most cases, no personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored outside your device. Any data the apps handle is kept locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
Definitions
Service means any application operated by Cenk Celik under the iMadeIt Apps brand.
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent applicable legislation.
Usage Data means data collected automatically by the operating system or App Store infrastructure, such as crash reports and performance diagnostics.
Data We Collect
We do not collect, store, or process personal data directly through our apps. Our apps are designed to function entirely offline and do not transmit any data to our servers — we do not operate any backend servers or databases.
Any data you enter into our apps (notes, preferences, saved content) is stored exclusively on your device using standard iOS or macOS system APIs. This data is:
- Never transmitted to us or any third party by our code.
- Accessible only on your own device.
- Removed when you uninstall the app, unless backed up via iCloud.
iCloud & On-Device Sync
Some of our apps optionally use iCloud to sync your data across your own Apple devices. If enabled, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.
Safari Extensions
Our Safari extensions operate exclusively within your browser and only process page content that you explicitly interact with. Extension data (such as saved highlights or notes) is stored locally on your device using browser storage APIs.
Extensions do not read or transmit browsing history, passwords, or any data beyond what is necessary to deliver the feature you requested.
Apple & Third-Party Services
Our apps are distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect device diagnostic and usage information as part of normal App Store operations. This collection is governed entirely by Apple’s Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to read.
If Apple’s crash-reporting or analytics frameworks are active on your device, aggregate, anonymised diagnostic data may be shared with us by Apple through App Store Connect. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to improve app stability.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will act promptly to address it.
Links to Other Websites
Our apps or website may include links to third-party websites for reference or convenience. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit.
Your Rights
Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is generally no data held by us to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, or if you have questions about these rights under GDPR or applicable local law, please contact us at the address below.
